Why I Write This Letter
For twenty-five years, I worked with bison—learning their behavior, their history, and their remarkable resilience. I came into ranching with no livestock experience, four kids, and a willingness to learn the hard way.
Though I’m no longer ranching, those years continue to shape how I see courage, stewardship, and the quiet strength it takes to endure hard seasons.
This newsletter is where those lessons live—shared through story.
A Gentle Note
This isn’t a newsletter about rushing or performing. It’s about walking a path—one marked by faith, story, and the kind of courage that grows quietly over time.
I write once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time.
