Physical Books & Merchandise

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of purchase. To account for shipping time, you have 35 days after receiving your item to complete a return. This means the item must arrive within that timeframe.

To be eligible:

• The item must be in the same condition in which you received it
• Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Audiobooks
• Signed books
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at trfischerwriter@gmail.com so we have the chance to make it right.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical item within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

This does not apply to digital products, audiobooks, gift cards, or signed/customized items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Paper books (U.S. orders)
Orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

Shipping times vary based on location. Shipping costs are either flat rate or calculated at checkout and are not within our control.
