We do not accept returns for digital or audio products as they are downloadable immediately. We have a 30-day return policy for physical goods, including printed books and merchandise. To account for shipping time, you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exception/Non-returnable Items
Digital and audio books, signed paperbacks and gift cards are non-returnable.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your item within 14 days, for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include the receipt. This does not include digital or audio products or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not it is approved. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at trfischerwriter@gmail.com
Digital Products
Ebooks and Audiobooks are delivered instantly through email via Bookfunnel.com. Email delivery is usually completed with 30 minutes after you place an order, but can sometimes take longer. If you don’t receive your delivery email with one hour of placing an order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folders. Delivery emails from Book Funnel are sometimes flagged as junk for first-time buyers. If you find your delivery in your Spam or Junk mail folders, please add help@bookfunnel.com to your email contacts. This should prevent future emails to your address from being flagged as spam or junk.

Signed or customized products require 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping and delivery times vary based on the location and the shipping vendor. Shipping costs are either flat rate or calculated at checkout, depending on the item. Rates are not within our control.
